The Belt Conveyor Application:

The belt conveyor is used to transport loose materials or packed articles and widely used in mining, metallurgy, coal industry.

The belt conveyor can be single used or form a level or inclined conveying system with other conveying equipments.

The belt conveyor is high efficiency and can be the link of continuous production with other equipments when be used in industry process.

The Belt Conveyor Features:

1. Can be used in the environmental temperature: -20°C to 40°C, but the materials’   temperature should under 50°C.

2. Have large conveying capacity and long conveying distance.

3. There are no relative motion between the materials and the belt.

4. Stable, low noise, reasonable structure, and high efficiency.

The Belt Conveyor Working Principle:

The belt conveyor consists of frame, belt, belt roller, gearing, tension device and so on. The frame is made from high quality steel plate, the plane is inclined at an angle because of the different height of before and after stent.

There are belt rollers and idlers on the frame to drive and support the belt.

The belt conveyor there are two kinds of drive modes: reduction motor drive and electric roller drive.
